Alerts
In this section, you can view and manage system alerts.
Alerts are system notifications about BP events that may require the Admin's attention.
When you have unread alerts, the red badge counter showing the number of new alerts is displayed at the top of the screen. You can always see them, irrespective of which page you are currently on.

Settings
On this page, you can find a list of standard alert types and enable/disable them.
Next to each alert type, you can see a toggle. If the toggle is active, notifications of this type are logged in the system and displayed on the Alerts > Messages page. To stop receiving notifications of a certain type, deactivate the corresponding toggle.
The following alert types are supported:
Time-out
The BP hasn’t received a response from an LP within the specified TTL period after placing a new external order.
Unsolicited trade
The BP received a trade report for an external order that had already been assigned a final status: TimeOut, ExternalRejected, Fill, or PartialFill.
Negative balance
A trader’s balance in a certain asset has become less than zero.
Error of FOK execution
The BP hasn’t received a final execution of a FOK order within the specified TTL period, due to internal or external issues. The order was forcibly assigned the Completed status.
Non-existent market at LP
The BP tried to get market data for a market that is not listed on an LP side. The market was forcibly disabled.
Margin call
The margin level on a trader’s account falls below the set Margin call level. The trader is notified that they should deposit additional funds into their account in order to increase the margin level and prevent the Stop out.
Stop out
The margin level on a trader’s account falls below the set Stop out level. The platform starts the process of liquidating trader’s positions.

the date and time when the alert was logged
To view alerts logged during a specific time period, specify the Date: from and Date: to values. The alerts are stored for six months.
