Transfers
On this page, you can find a list of deposits and withdrawals made to or from accounts of traders registered on the BP.
The information on this page is updated in real-time with every transfer attempt and transfer status changing.
General information
The following information is provided about each transfer:
The email address of a trader.
User ID
The platform identifier of a trader.
Account ID
The platform identifier of the account to or from which a transfer is made.
Account name
The name of the account to or from which a transfer is made.
Account type
The account type. Possible values:
Hedging: Each placed order opens a separate position.
Netting: Orders placed on the same market are aggregated into a single position.
Asset
The icon and name of a transferred asset.
Type
The transfer type:
arrow down — deposit
arrow up — withdrawal
Amount
The transfer amount.
Rate to {RAT}
The exchange rate of a transferred asset to RAT, valid at the time of the transfer.
This is an immutable value fixed at the time the transfer operation is approved. Further exchange rate fluctuations do not affect this value.
Amount, {RAT}
The transfer amount, in conversion to RAT.
External ID
The identifier assigned to a transfer by an external platform.
Transfer ID
The internal identifier assigned to a transfer by the BP.
Status
The current transfer status:
Awaiting confirmation — a withdrawal request was created and awaits confirmation.
Pending — a deposit was created and is pending.
Completed — transfer processing is complete. This is a final state.
Failed — transfer processing failed. This is a final state.
Canceled — a transfer request was canceled. This is a final state.
Created at
The date and time when a transfer was initiated, as per the time-zone settings applied to the BP.
