User statues

The status of a user profile determines if the user is allowed to interact with the BP resources (such as Admin panel, Trading terminal, and API) to which the user is granted access based on their user role.

A user profile can be assigned one of the following statuses:

• Active: A user has full access to the BP resources and can perform any actions with them according to the assigned user role. This status is assigned to newly created user profiles by default.

• Halted: A user can withdraw funds in the Trading terminal, but is not allowed to trade. All Pending orders are canceled. The status isn't applicable to Admin users.

• Frozen: A user is temporarily not allowed to perform any actions on the BP resources while retaining read-only access to them. The status isn't applicable to Admin users.

• Terminated: A user is permanently denied access to the BP resources and no longer allowed to perform any actions with them.

Once a user profile has been terminated, it can't be restored.

After termination, it's impossible to create a new user profile with the same email.
