Managing profiles
Add a new profile
To add a new profile:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Click the plus icon near the profile dropdown.
In the popup, enter the Profile name. This name must be unique within the BP.
Click Create.
The newly created profile is now available in the profile dropdown.
📍Mind that after creation the profile has an empty commission list. To add a new commission, refer to Managing commission rates.
Change a profile
You can change the name of a profile and manage commissions included into the profile.
Mind that you can't change the default profile except for the Fee, % value.
To change a profile name:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile that you want to change.
In the popup, enter a new Profile name. This name must be unique within the BP.
Click Save.
To change the priority of commissions, as well as add, edit, or delete commissions, refer to Managing commission rates.
Delete a profile
Mind that you can't delete the default profile.
To delete a profile:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile that you want to delete.
Click delete icon near the profile dropdown.
In the popup, click Confirm to confirm the deletion.
If the profile you're trying to delete is included in any commission rules, you'll also be asked to confirm the deletion of these rules or change them before proceeding.
Managing commission rates
Add a new commission
To add a new commission:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile.
Click Add rule.
Fill in the Market criteria (required): select the Market or Market group parameter, and then select a value from the list.
Fill in Fee details:
For Spot markets (fixed fee type Per volume), set Fee, %.
For CFD markets, select the Fee type: Per volume or Per lot, and then set Fee, % or Fee, {RAT}.
The Per volume type supports integer and decimal values with up to 4 digits after the decimal point.
For the Per lot type, integer and decimal values are supported with the number of digits after the decimal separator up to the precision of RAT.
Optionally, set the Min. fee, {RAT}: the fixed minimum allowed fee, applied to orders when the pre-calculated fee is lees than this value.
Supports integer values and decimal values with the number of digits after the decimal point limited to the RAT precision.
Click Next.
Set the Priority for the new commission.
By default, each new commission is created with the highest priority. If you need to change it, drag and drop commissions or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list.
Click Create to confirm.
The newly created commission is now displayed in the profile.
Change a commission
To change a commission:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile.
Hover over a commission you want to change and click the pencil icon.
If needed, update the Market criteria: the Market or Market group parameter and/or the value. Mind that you can't update market criteria for the commission in the default profile.
If needed, update the Fee, %/Fee, {RAT}/Min. fee, {RAT} values.
Click Next.
If needed, update the Priority of the commission: drag and drop commissions or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list. Mind that you can't update the commission priority in the default profile.
Click Create to confirm changes.
If the commission you're trying to change affects any commission rules, you'll also be asked to confirm the deletion of these rules or change them before proceeding.
Change priorities of commissions
You can change priorities of the commissions included in the same profile. Mind that you can't change the commission priority in the default profile.
To change commission priorities:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile.
Click Edit priorities.
Drag and drop commissions or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list.
Click Save to confirm changes.
Delete a commission
Mind that you can't delete the commission in the default profile, only edit its Fee, % value.
To delete a commission:
Go to Commissions > Profiles.
Select a profile.
Hover over a commission you want to delete and click the bin icon.
In the popup, click Confirm to confirm the deletion.
If the commission you're trying to delete affects any commission rules, you'll also be asked to confirm the deletion of these rules or change them before proceeding.
Managing commission rules
Add a new commission rule
To add a new commission rule:
Go to Commissions > Commission rules.
Click Add rule.
Fill in the User & Account criteria (optional):
Set the User parameter value by selecting a trader from the list.
Select either the Account or Account group parameter, and then select a value from the list.
Mind that you can't specify the Account parameter without specifying the User.
If none of the above is specified, the rule is applicable to all users and accounts registered on the BP.
Fill in the Market criteria (optional): select either the Market or Market group parameter, and then select a value from the list.
If none of the above is specified, the rule is applicable to all markets available on the BP.
Select the Profile (required) from the list.
Click Next.
Set the Priority for the new rule.
By default, each new rule is created with the highest priority. If you need to change it, drag and drop rules or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list. Mind that the priority of the default rule can't be changed — it's always the lowest.
Click Create to confirm.

Mind that the priority of the default rule can't be changed.
To change a commission rule:
Go to Commissions > Commission rules.
Hover over a rule you want to change and click the pencil icon.
If needed, update the User & Account criteria:
Set the User parameter value by selecting a trader from the list.
Select either the Account or Account group parameter, and then select a value from the list.
Mind that you can't specify the Account parameter without specifying the User.
If none of the above is specified, the rule is applicable to all users and accounts registered on the BP.
If needed, update Market criteria: select either the Market or Market group parameter, and then select a value from the list.
If none of the above is specified, the rule is applicable to all markets available on the BP.
Click Next.
If needed, update the Priority of the rule: drag and drop rules or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list.
Click Create to confirm changes.
Change priorities of commission rules
Mind that the priority of the default rule can't be changed.
To change rule priorities:
Go to Commissions > Commission rules.
Click Edit priorities.
Drag and drop rules or use the arrow buttons to adjust the order in the list.
Click Save to confirm changes.
Delete a commission rule
Mind that you can't delete the default commission rule.
To delete a commission rule:
Go to Commissions > Commission rules.
Hover over a rule you want to delete and click the bin icon.
In the popup, click Confirm to confirm the deletion.
